Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
